My westhighland cross cairn terrier seems to have an on-going skin problem, he breaks out in small scaly sores with patchy dry skin which makes it irritating and causes him to scratch . We were wondering if there was some sort of antibacterial moisturising cream or lotion available to help him.
Our reply,
I would recommend Otodex Skin Cream or Denes Skin Balm, and also an oil supplement to his diet, such as Yumega Plus. Both should be able to help, though a complete cure might not be likely without a lot of veterinary investigation as to the underlying cause.
