Petlife was formed over 20 years ago, and is known for premium 100% British made pet bedding, and a comprehensive range of bedding, grooming, healthcare and hygiene products for dogs, cats and small animals. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Our sister company, Harkers, specialises in racing pigeon care and health products.
Petlife is a family business, run by John Hancock and his two sons, James and Tom, along with Pauline Muirhead the Accounts Director.
We sell our products through a large distribution channel which includes pet charities, pet wholesalers, pet retailers, vets and veterinary wholesalers, as well as some direct sales to the consumer; in fact anybody who has anything to do with animals! Petlife products are also exported worldwide.
Our head office and warehouse are in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We employ about 40 people between three sites in Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Cardiff.
