Does Wipeout kill mites?
Yes — Petlife Wipeout Flea Spray does claim to kill mites (as well as fleas, lice, etc.) in its “household / home” treatment role.
If by “mites” you mean environmental mites (in bedding, carpets, surroundings), then yes — this spray should help. If the issue is parasitic skin mites on an animal (e.g. mange mites, ear mites, etc.), then this alone is unlikely to be sufficient treatment. For that case you would typically need a veterinary-approved acaricide or systemic/topical treatment prescribed for the specific mite species.
