Fly rug made of fine mesh material, featuring a tail and belly flap. The black/white zebra design deters insects and thus is more effective at protecting the horse than the usual rugs. With double front fasteners, gusset, fillet string and leg straps.

I bought this rug for my Highland pony and was disappointed with the fit. The belly flap is extremely wide and doesn’t sit close enough to provide good fly protection. My pony is not particularly thin and is an average build for a native breed, so I don’t think the issue is her shape. For the price, I don’t think this rug is worth the money. I can’t be bothered with the hassle of returning it, so I’ll alter it myself by sewing the belly flap to fit better. I’m only using it in the stable during the day, but I expected a much better fit from a rug at this price point.

The thing came without a neck (I was expecting one, as it is shown in the photo, other reviewers have commented on this), and the thing split down the back within 5 days of being on the horse

Was disappointed that there was no neck or face mask with the rug! Despite advertising it on the picture! Not happy!
