I'm looking for a product that I can put in my bucket of water so that when I mop up pup pee, it not only cleans and freshens my floor but also discourages her to pee there
This product aims to clean urine smells and stains. Your puppy will likely tend to urinate where they already smell urine present so this can help prevent the issue, but it will not guarantee your pup won't urinate indoors. You will need to toilet train her to ensure this.
Below is the application guidance on using the product on fresh urine stains:
For fresh urine deposits:
Do not use any other cleaners or chemicals. Do not
shampoo the carpet. If you plan to have the carpet shampooed anyway, do
this only after you have removed all urine odor and stain with Urine
Off.
Soak up as much urine as possible by blotting with paper towels. Do not
use your shoe to press down the paper towels, as urine residue on your
shoe will track urine scent for several steps! Use your hand and then
wash, or use a protective glove. A great solution here is to use our
Zorb-It-Up! Amazing Absorbent Sheets, as the leak-proof barrier ensures
that you never touch the mess!
Use the “stream” setting on the nozzle and saturate the urine stain and
the underlying padding with Urine Off. (Urine Off must contact all of
the urine-soaked material completely to remove the odor and stain).
Allow to air dry .
After the urine odor and stain are removed, remove any residue by
applying a small amount of water to the area and blotting it up with a
paper towel. It is important to remove the residue or the area may
attract dirt.

Can I use this outside. My older dog goes right outside the back door and whilst I clean and wash this down every time she goes (even in the night) I cant get rid of the urine smell which is now becoming that bad I cant leave the door open without it coming into the House (She does have liver function problems).
If I can use this outside will it be harmful to the paws of this dog and my other 2 dogs.
This product can be used around animals safely, it should work well in the outside area you describe. It should not harm the paws of your dogs on contact.
