Arrived quickly I purchased this as I heard they are really good and keep food fresh. Mine arrive the lid did not seem a good fit and it was a little bent not sure it seals properly the seal and lid is different to ones that I have seen on a store.

I bought three of these containers to store natural dog treats in my shop. However, the packaging was poor and resulted in one container being smashed on the bottom and cracked on the side. I reported this immediately and despite having sent them all the information and photos of the damage I have been repeatedly asked to provide this information again and again! It has now been almost a month and I am being told they are still considering whether I will receive a refund or replacement of the item! I would not purchase from Viovet again due to their customer service! Which is a shame as the container is airtight and therefore keeps the loose items fresh as well as ensuring the smell is contained also.
