Accurate dosing is important so weights of animals must be assessed first. Recommended dose rate is 0.2mls/kg.

Derquantel's continuing efficacy

Sheep! Magazine Editor

Derquantel was introduced a number of years ago, in combination with abamectin, with the goal of delaying resistance to the drench in target parasites.

How is the efficacy of the combination holding up, now that a few years have passed?

That is a perfectly good question but we are not in a position to be able to answer it. As an online retailer of these products we do get to hear some feedback about products, but we have no information regarding the answer to your very good question. It would be best to talk to your vet about this, or perhaps are there any online forums you can access?
