Squirrels easily pop the lid off and crawl in to take a fat ball, or break a chunk off a block, before returning to do the same again until they've emptied it in under an hour. They can also easily reach through the bars, and smash the fat blocks into crumbs, most of which end up on the floor, where masses of crows, magpies and pigeons feast. Utterly ineffective.

The Fat Ball Lantern is available in either all black or hammered bronze. Hammered bronze looks black from a distance but has bronze speckles in it when you get up close. Please state on the checkout page which colour you require.
