I can confirm that there is no chicken in this item.
Ingredients for this item include:
Maize starch, Hydrolysed soya protein, Minerals, Coconut Oil, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Cellulose, Glycerine (from vegetable origin), Soya Oil, Fish Oil.

How much dry/wet mix should he have at 64kg dog?
I have attached a feeding guide regarding this from the Purina website below. I recommend feeding for just under the 70kg mark. This equals around 411g of dry food and just over 1+3/4 of a can of wet per day.

The ingredients for this product are as follows:
Maize starch*, Hydrolysed soya protein**, Minerals, Coconut Oil, Sugar*, Rapeseed Oil, Cellulose, Glycerine (from vegetable origin), Soya Oil, Fish Oil.
Please note that even if your dog is allergic to soya protein then they cannot react to this diet. It is hydrolysed and so the immune system will not respond to it.
