I have used this product previously for an itchy pony with a good effect to sooth and moisturise itchy areas. It's smells lovely and acts as a deterrent to bugs too.

Works better than anything else I've tried over the years and the added bonus that it lasts a few days, as my mare doesn't like me putting it on!

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding NETTEX Summer Freedom Fly Cream for Horses, including answers from our team.
Lisa frankling
Hi there I was wondering if his product is safe touse on pink skinned horses I have an appaloosa cross cob who has very pink skin and is very sensitive to the sun so anything oil based he burns . I have been advised to use this on his sheath for his chiropractor just wondering if I can use it on other parts without him burning x
Many thanks
I wouldn't advise using this one on a horse that burns easily. I would speak to your vet about a sun cream to protect the pink skin.

Can this product be used on skin that is already broken from scratching ?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
Yes - this soothes, sanitises and disinfects existing sores, helping to break the itch, scratch and rub cycle.
Hope that helps,

Can this be used on the sheath area?
Hi there,
Thank you for your query.
This product is very safe and may be applied to the sensitive sheath and groin areas on your horse, but just ensure you give the site a good clean before application as this will help the product to sink into the skin and really break the itch cycle ready for this upcoming midge season.
I hope this helps.
