SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
Remove any eggs, feed and drinking water from the area before use.
Spray onto a soft toothbrush and apply to the legs and feet in an upward motion, gently working into and under the scales. Repeat everyday for 5-6 days to break the egg cycle. Only use during times of infestation.

Purchased as we thought it would be easier to use than swarfega, it's a little easier and less messy. Only recently treated hens so too soon to review effectiveness

Spray was not working at first but when tube was repositioned in the bottle it was much better. Product seems to be working on the scaly leg mite in conjunction with ivonectin.

After the first application, I saw an improvement almost immediately to the symptoms. I applied again four days later and within a few days my girl had stopped limping, pecking at her feet and overall her legs and feet looked so much better. I will be looking to apply for a third time in a few days time but more as a preventative as her legs and feet look really good already. It didn't smell chemically and when I applied it Belle did not react in any way so it obviously didn't cause any discomfort. I didn't need to apply to comb or wattles, so just moved her away from the pen and coop and gentle sprayed her legs and feet before returning her to the coop.

What shelf life does this product have please?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to check the expiry date of this particular product, I am sorry for any trouble this causes. Let me reassure you that our warehouse team are vigilant when stocking in and ensure that stock is rotated to make sure the expiry dates are appropriate. Any short-dated stock will be advertised on our website.

I was wondering if the spray contains permethrin?

Please be advised this product does not contain permethrin and Net-Tex only use a mix of natural oils and hydrocarbons within this product to eliminate any infestations of scaly leg parasites.
