Description

Hills U/D available from VioVet

Hill's Prescription Diet Canine u/d has been developed for dogs suffering with Urolithiasis (mineral stones in the urinary tract). This condition is marked by a variety of unpleasant symptoms, including difficulty with urination, frequent urination, bloody urination and a painful abdomen. Following surgery to remove the troublesome mineral stones, dogs are most often provided a nutrition plan to help reduce the risk of Urolithiasis recurrence. Hill's Prescription Diet u/d has been specially formulated to aid in the management of dogs with this complaint, as well as dogs suffering with advanced renal disease due to the formulation's low mineral content.

55 A Life Saver...
Verified Purchase

By on 22 February 2019

My little West Highland Terrier had a serious bladder operation two years ago and the vet recommended this product. At first I doubted its worth as my dog has always been a very fussy eater and had never eaten dry foot in her 10 years of life. Anyway I doubted wrong because she loves this food and has eaten it every day since. She is still with us and her bladder is fine and I would recommend this food for any dog who has had serious bladder-stone operations as it is a massive help, and as I said, my dog loves it.
