Global Herbs ClearOut contains Psyllium husks which are an excellent bowel cleanser that helps keep your horse clear of build up of undesirable material, which can cause discomfort and concern. It is used by many vets in the UK when sand & debris build up in the bowel and can be used each year or more regularly throughout the year to ensure total comfort.
The husk of this plant swells to form a gel which can help soothe bowels and enable sand and other material to be passed in the droppings. It is useful in times of bowel stagnation or looseness and maintains normal function in a wide variety of situations. ClearOut formula contains extra herbs which further help soothe discomfort and is therefore more useful than straight psyllium.
20g per 100kg body weight in feed for 5 days. Lower levels can be used for longer periods to help in long term problems. Fennel is also very useful to help calm the abdomen and help your horse cope with build up of gases.
