Dreadful bed. When it came it was very solid so I gave it time to 'plump' up, overnight. It only did so but only very slightly. It took a couple of days for my dog to even go in it, although she liked the soft toy. Unfortunately, night before last she had her 1st urinary accident which was ok as this bed is supposed to be washable. Once done yesterday, to manufacturers instructions on label and dried outside in the lovely sunshine, it turned out to be very lumpy. When I brought it indoors I discovered 2 zips, right down in the crease between the base and side. On opening I found the filling was a very rough, almost hard, type of hollow fibre. This was all loose, not in a net or similar so, apart from the fact that it would have been awkward being soaked in urine, it made it impossible to remove prior to washing. I am really disappointed as not only is it not really fit for use, and made no impact on her anxiety, if I wished to return it I would have to pay the return postage myself. I have only had this product 2 weeks, and she probably only used it for 10 or 11 days, and the size and weight of it would really make that prohibitive so I may aswell take the loss, which I find really quite annoying. I could understand having to pay return postage if I just changed my mind but this is, to my mind, not fit for purpose. Will now have to look for another bed, in a shop where, if there is a problem, I can just take it back
