We cannot supply products of this nature until AFTER we have received a prescription from your veterinary surgeon. You can create your regular delivery subscription now, but we will not dispatch your products before we receive a prescription (if we haven't got one already), and further orders created from a regular delivery will require additional prescriptions. We will email you a reminder when we require a prescription from you. Please note that tampering with a prescription provided by your vet is an offence and could result in prosecution.
We are trying our hardest to resolve these problems as quickly as possible, the latest message from our supplier regarding the shortage is "Supplier unable to advise delivery date".
You can still sign up for a Regular Delivery of this product, however please be aware there could be some delay in receiving orders.
