VioVet Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Update 18/09

We are experiencing some delays in the supply chain of products at the moment, if this will affect your order we will let you know as soon as possible. We're still working hard trying our best to fulfil so many orders for everyone, and despite the difficulties that we've all experienced this year we're proud to be assisting in supplying medication and other much needed products to so many of you.

We hope you are all staying safe and that changes to lockdown is having a positive impact on your lives. We have heard that more people have been adopting pets and becoming pet parents, we have some advice here if you are thinking of getting a puppy or kitten. If you have a horse that is now coming back into work read here for our tips on getting them fit.

As a business we are all still working incredibly hard to get your pet and horse products sent out to you as quickly as possible, your pet is our priority.

Our stock levels are improving daily and our delivery times have greatly improved. If you want to know how long it will take for us to get an order to you, just add the products to your basket, proceed to checkout and add your address. We will then give you an estimate of the delivery date before you complete your order.

We hope you've had a good weekend? Some of our staff were busy in the warehouse whilst others were enjoying some time off with their pets! Our customer service team is working from home, so don't be surprised if you hear the odd dog bark or cat meow in the background if you do need to call us! Stay safe everyone!

We are still here supporting you and your pets and delivering more orders than ever before, thanks to our dedicated teams! We've also been working closely with our suppliers to keep our stock levels as good as can be, although there are still some products that are out of stock this is improving all the time.

We know how much your pets mean to you and are part of your family, so we've been beavering away all weekend getting orders out. With 45% more than normal pet and equine households receiving VioVet orders this April, we are so pleased we can be your partner in care.

Our dedicated team has been continuing to work round the clock, to help support you in caring for your pets at this difficult time. We are sending out thousands of orders every day for the cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and more of the UK! Thank you to those of you who have taken the time to send us kind messages and well wishes - they are greatly appreciated!

Your pet supplies remains our priority, and we'll be working hard to keep supplying everything you need, even over the Easter weekend.

Update 06/04/20

We're working around the clock to get your pet's important orders to you, but there might be a small delay of 3-6 days at this busy time. Please bear with us!

Whilst we remain operational and working really hard to take care of your pet's products as quickly as possible, there may be delays of up to 6 days longer than usual to process your order. In order to deal with the demand, we have extended our warehouse shifts and have employed extra staff to try and get your order to you as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but rest assured we're doing everything we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible and help you keep your pets safe.

We have plenty of stock in our warehouse, and our suppliers are mostly still delivering to us on time, but there have been some delays there too. Where we are unable to supply products, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

We've also been receiving many more phone calls than usual and the wait time to talk to someone is typically over 10 minutes. Where possible, please place orders via our website and only phone us if you are unable to order online. Orders are shipped on a first-come-first-served basis and placing an order by phone will not result in it being shipped any faster.

If you would like to check on an existing order, please log into your account and check it there. Your order confirmation email will have included an estimated delivery date which we are doing our best to achieve. We're still shipping thousands of orders every day, so please sit tight and bear with us. If we do have any supply issues with your order, we will get in touch with you, you don't need to contact us.
