These white sunflower hearts seem very popular on my bird table more so than the black ones

I purchased a 22.68kg bag of Harrison's sunflower hearts but on using them I found that there was a large amount of small broken pieces of hearts. On filling up my feeder I was having to go into my garden every day to shake the feeder as the hearts were compacting in the tube and not falling to the bottom as the birds eat them. I'm now having to use my kitchen colander to sieve out the bits, a very laborious and time consuming task. I've used Harrison's sunflower hearts from VioVet since 2012 and have never experienced this problem before, clearly this is a bad batch that no one wants to take responsibility for; but it's still cost me £27.49.
