Under almost all products on our website is an Estimated dispatch time, check this for a delivery prediction specific to the item you are looking to purchase. These badges are updated live based on the stock levels we have and also those of our suppliers - so are usually very accurate, but cannot be guaranteed. In more general terms, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment (and a prescription if required). If we cannot do so within 3 working days we will contact you by email.

Delivery of food abroad (including Channel Islands, N. Ireland and other islands around the UK) is charged at a higher price and free delivery is not available. Due to air freight restrictions aerosols cannot ever be sent abroad by Royal Mail. We appreciate your understanding.
Some products, such as insulin and frozen food, need to be delivered in insulated packaging to prevent them from getting too warm (or too cold) during transit from us to you. Purchasing any of these items in your order will result in a £1.99 charge being added to the total to cover the high cost of the insulated packaging materials. You only pay the £1.99 once per order, regardless of how many temperature controlled items you purchase in that order.

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Wahl Easy Ear Cleaner, including answers from our team.
Please can you help I have a black Labrador who has had issues with her ears from day one, they get really inflamed and she's always shaking her head etc, I've had her to vets everytime but her ear is perfectly clear inside no infections no mites nothing, she also had a haemotoma that got drained and then operated on so now it's just a case of trying to keep her ears as clean and not get inflamed on the outside, but she ain't daft and hates you saying even the word ears as she knows she's going to get them cleaned, I've bought this product but not sure it can be put into the ear canal and massaged as with other cleansers, I think sometimes other cleansers are to harsh and cause her ear to be nipping cause it's inflamed. Your input to this problem would be very much appreciated thanks.
Have you tried an exclusion diet for this problem? Many dogs with this sort of history have a dietary allergy and so avoiding the possible triggers in her food can make a huge difference. I suggest talking to your vet about this, but I would try a specific allergen-free diet (such as Purina HA) for at least 6 weeks and see if your dogs ears are better. There is quite a good chance that this will be a big help, possibly a complete cure. You need to give the HA and nothing else at all, other than water. If it works, you then need to stay on this (or a similar diet) for ever.
The Wahl Ear Cleaner is fine to use as required. It will help to keep infections at bay, but will not cure an underlying problem. It is intended to be used inside the ear canal and should be safe to be applied here.
