Bought this for my sheprador as her right ear was very dirty and it did loosen some dirt. Unfortunately we had to take her to the vets and found she had an yeast fungal ear infection in her inner ear resulting steroid tabs, gel steroid and codiene. this product would never had cleared the infection so not convince it was a good buy at the price.
