The Smart Grooming Smart Manes Thinning Rake will thin out a thick mane quickly and effortlessly and is perfect for tidying horses that usually react to traditional pulling methods. Guaranteed to work on even the most sensitive equines.
Choice of three grades depending on the density of hair and finish required.
Coarse (12 Teeth): Good for coarser manes or those looking for a natural finish.
Medium (18 Teeth): Perfect for the average unruly mane, this will cope with medium to soft hair.
Fine (23 Teeth): Suitable for very soft manes and those that have already been tidied.
For Best Results:
Brush the mane over to the opposite side from where it usually lies. Ensure it is tangle free. Use the Smart Manes to comb through in a downwards motion, ensuring to start the stroke below the root.
Please note: the Smart Manes rake will thin the hair very quickly, so we recommend using it once through the mane, and repeating over a few days to prevent over thinning or spikey regrowth.
