Bought as per vet's instructions. My cats refused to eat it, and it smells AWFUL. I tried to return the leftover product which VioVet refused, as I've opened it and they only accept unopened returns (how are you meant to test a product and know it's not satisfactory if you don't open it??) and now I'm left with expensive food that will never be used. Vet's said it's nutritionally sound, and seems high-quality, but my cats clearly don't agree.

On the vet's recommendation we had to change our cat to a hydrolysed food. We've tried Hill's z/d previously but both cats despised the spongy texture, however our cat now goes feral for Dechra.

I got this for Dylan and his IBD but unfortunately he will not eat it. It is very soft and mushy and he will not even try it now. One lick initially but refused since. Was a waste of money in my case unfortunately

My cat, already a fussy eater, is now very difficult to please since IBD diagnosis. However he has taken to eating this product for a week then needs a rest from it and we have to offer another Specific make. Couple of weeks later will tolerate it again. Could be a little less wet.

has been on this food for around 1 month and has helped with a long term chronic gastrointestinal issues of IBD. symptoms have heavily decreased and and hes energy levels has increased, has started to play again (bobby is 13years), coat is back to being lovely. All in all massive improvement in him.Bobby has had no issues eating it and have also been able to hide medication in it.
