Hi!
What is the best way to store the drops? In the fridge or cool dry place? How long does it last after opening?
There is no preservative in Remend™. It is advised that a bottle is disposed of one month after opening. This should be stored in a cool, dry place.

My dog rubs her eyes. They’re not dry but itchy. She’s had prescription antibiotics that help short term. Would these drops help long term?
These drops may help soothe the eyes and reduce the chance of them drying out but it is unlikely to resolve the underlying cause of the itch. It is advised to contact your vet regarding this, especially if the problem has returned.

My dog is on antibiotics eye cream twice a day can I use remend in time between treatment
Remend helps lubricate the eye to prevent drying out and helps support a normal healing environment for the eye. If your dog is on a treatment plan with your vet it is worth running the use of it past them just in case it would interfere with this. However the gel will very likely will be safe for use in this way. It is advised to wait a few hours for the antibiotic eye drop to spread throughout the eye before applying the Remend.

Can these drops be used on a puppy with a sticky eye?
Yes these drops can be used to help lubricate your puppy's eyes, however they are unlikely to treat the underlying cause to the 'sticky eye'. It is strongly advised you see your veterinarian to have this diagnosed so that appropriate treatment can be chosen.

How many times a day can you use this on a dogs eyes
There is no limit to how many times you can apply Remend Lubricating Eye Drops. It is usually recommended to use it 3 to 4 times daily but this depends on the condition, I advise contacting your vet for a treatment plan.

My dog suffers with dry eyes, lubricating eye drops are definitely sorting the issue. I wanted to purchase from yourself. Which ones would you recommend and are drops better to use than gel? I saw these and thought they would be good.
Lubricating eye drops and gels are very similar. The Remend Lubricating Drops you have chosen are appropriate for managing dry eye, I recommend confirming with your vet the dose quantity and frequency though so it does not interfere with their treatment plan.
