Recommended for use by our vet after our dog had ear infection. Once cleared up she said to use Cerum Aural flush every 2 weeks, and if any ear flapping or soreness appeared to apply 4 - 5 drops stopping any infection reoccuring. We found it easier to apply with a syringe
