Key benefits:
As part of the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range, it is important that this diet is only given to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. To cater to each dog's individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Neutered Adult is also available as wet food with thin slices in gravy. Mixed feeding gives your dog a variety of textures, helping to stimulate their appetite. Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7-10-day period. Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount, especially when mix-feeding.
Please note: ROYAL CANIN® Neutered Adult Small Dog dry food is not suitable for gestation or lactation.

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding ROYAL CANIN® Neutered Adult Small Dog Dry Food, including answers from our team.
Cherie
My miniature dachshund has gained a great deal of weight since being neutered. Also he has gone back to squatting instead of cocking leg. Is this food for neutered dogs low calorie please as he seems hungry now whereas he ate normally. I know this can happen.
Yes, Royal Canin Neutered Adult Small Dog Dry Food is formulated to help neutered small breed dogs manage their weight. It features a low-calorie recipe with high protein (30%) and low fat (11%), designed to promote satiety and support lean muscle mass
Regarding your dog's change in urination behavior, it's possible that neutering has influenced this, as some male dogs may revert to squatting. However, if this behavior is accompanied by other signs such as straining, discomfort, or accidents indoors, it's advisable to consult your veterinarian to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
