does this kill spider mites in chicken coop without harming chickens
Yes it can kill mites present in the coop environment (on roosts, bedding, cracks, wood etc.) if used properly.
However, it is not safe to spray chickens directly with it in its undiluted or treated spray form. Contact with wet spray on feathers/skin could irritate or harm them, or lead to absorption of active chemicals.
