Prinovox is a broad spectrum parasite treatment for dogs, cats and ferrets. It provides protection against lungworm, heartworm, intestinal roundworms, fleas, lice and mites. Prinovox is easily given by being applied as a "spot-on" treatment to the skin at the back of the neck (where the animal cannot easily lick it off).

I’d always used Frontline Spot-On with my previous dogs, but I realised it had stopped working when to my horror, I found Finlay with fleas! I had to spray the whole house (what a nightmare!), and the vet prescribed Prinovox. Thankfully it worked very quickly and there has been no recurrence of the problem since we started using this.

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Prinovox, including answers from our team.
Catherine
Does Prinovox protect against lungworm?
Yes, Prinovox is a medication used to treat lungworm infections in dogs, specifically those caused by Angiostrongylus vasorum (a type of lungworm that can affect dogs). Prinovox contains a combination of moxidectin and praziquantel, which work together to treat and prevent a variety of parasitic infections, including:
Lungworm (Angiostrongylus vasorum)
Heartworms
Intestinal worms
Tapeworms
Ear mites (in some cases)
If you suspect that your dog may have lungworms or if your vet recommends Prinovox, it's essential to follow the prescribed dosage and treatment regimen to effectively eliminate the infection. Always consult with your veterinarian for the appropriate treatment plan based on your dog's condition.

Is it one pipette per 25kg eg I get 4 doses for a dog weighing 25kg
Or is 25kg the max for the 4
This product comes in packs of 4 pipettes, so whichever size you buy will be a 4 pipette pack.
