It is really disappointing and is badly designed. It is just a piece of rubber that is hard to put on the dogs feet. Then when he runs around it snaps off usually after ten mins. It sometimes splits. Itās because the front paw is folded under and the back one stands on it. The product gives no support and I would not give it more than two out of ten.

These help our three legged Great Dane keep active and keep his sole remaining back paw safe from damage. He loves the beach but kept grazing his paw and these babies help protect it- they donāt always last more than a day but we do sometimes get a few days wear out of them. He wears them with a trainer sock and runs about like a mad thing!

These dog boots are durable, affordable and effective at protecting my old dogās paw. He has arthritis and canāt lift his paw properly when walking, so his toenails were being ground down to the quick. This lightweight boot has made all the difference and doesnāt come off until we want it to.

These used to last 2-3 walks and now they are ripping after 20mins. The quality has definitely diminished which makes them a very expensive option. Great idea but not sustainable. Won't buy again.

What size would my nearly 9 year old cocker spaniel need please? Thanks.
Hi Shireen,
The medium size fits up to a 3 inch paw and should fit a cocker spaniel.
For the best fit, measure from the bottom of the big heel pad to the tip of the longest toe nail; If the paw is in-between two sizes, select the larger size.
Hope this helps!

I have a cat with a paralysed back hock that 'knuckles' We have to keep rebandaging it to prevent injury. Would these socks be appropriate and if so, what size? Many thanks.
Hi Sarah,
These may be suitable, although there are no guarantees regarding fit as there are no size guidelines for us to refer to. I would advise going for XXS to start with - if they are wrong you can always go a size up. There is a 'Tiny' option but they are currently out of stock and our supplier is unable to advise when they will be available again.
I hope this helps.

What size would i need for a Jack Russell
The best thing to do would be to measure (in inches) from the bottom of the big heel pad to the tip of the longest toe nail on your dog's paws. We have a size guide in the description tab, which you can then match your dog up to.
As a rough guide, the manufacturer recommends Size Small (2 and a 1/2 inch length) for Jack Russels. If the paw is in-between two sizes, select the larger size.

my lurcher has suffered from a spinal blood clot and currently is unable to put one of her rear paws on the ground properly but walks on her knuckles with the pad turned under. The vet has advised us to get her a boot to protect her foot while she exercises her legs. Would your boot be suitable?
These boots should be a good choice as they are easy to fix in place. If your dog drags its foot, the sock part of the boot might wear out before long, but you will have plenty of spares.
