There is a lot of fat in the pouches, mainly because beef is a fatty meat, and the meat is cooked side the pouches so the fat gravitates to the walls of he pouch. With rating it says 'tastiness' - well I'm not the eater of the food so will say on dog's behalf by how he gulps it down
