Yet to see any effects, initial dosing is high so I may have purchased two tubs as the first isn’t going to last long.

Gave this to my horse as she is on box rest, having to change from grass 24/7 to hay. Added it to her balancer so she didn’t get tummy problems through change of food. Appears to be working well so far.

Can gastriaid be used along side of pink powder?

  • VioVet Staff

Hi Wendy,

Thanks for your question.

I have spoken to NAF who assure me it will be fine to feed both together.

Hope this helps.

My horse has two feeds a day, can the daily dosage be split between the two feeds or is it best fed in one of them for the best results??? Plus he is unable to have alfa alfa a hes allergic, would it still be ok to use this??

  • VioVet Staff

It is best to divide the daily dose between the 2 feeds he has each day. It should be fine for him with his Alfalfa problem.
