Best value around as lots of places sell the hard plastic tub one but this refill is better for cost per 100g and also reduces plastic waste.

Goat hoofs

Charley

Can this be use for goats as they hoofs are really soft and when I use it on my horses it makes their hoofs hard
If not can you recommend anything for them to harden they hoofs

  • VioVet Staff

I have contcated NAF with your query and they have replied with the following:

We are pleased to advise the Biotin Plus is perfectly suitable for a goat.
Obviously
the product is designed for horses, but our best advice would be three
level scoops per day to give just over 11mg of biotin. On a quick
search,
this studysuggests 10mg per day for
pregnant goats.
