Ordered as felt it was good value for money.I didn't wast a plastic covered metal or all metal one because they corrode with salt. However, although this holder is well made and easy to fix, it is slightly too narrow to securely hold a standard Rockie block. My goats have managed to remove the block very quickly. Probably OK for horses but the last thing g you need is a kilogram block falling out on your horses front leg. Wouldn't buy again.

These holders are too small for the Rockies mineral lick plus other standard sized mineral licks as I recall getting one before. I now have 2 of these now as they sent me out another one the same. So I had to leave mineral lick in a bucket so it’s now smashed up ☹️
Not sure which lick to purchase that won’t leave me in the same predicament

The product arrived safely and well packed. It was extremely easy to fit and holds the salt licks very firmly.
The material used to make the product is very good and easy to manipulate when inserting the salt lick. Cost was cheaper than most of the websites I had visited.
