FrogMedic is specifically designed for use in acute cases: it penetrates deeply, spreading into the grooves and into small fissures, thus reaching decayed spots. FrogMedic blocks out sogginess and stops deterioration. It dries the frog so that healthy tissue can grow back.

This is the best thing I have found for thrush in my horses feet. The spray gets right down into the central sulcus, and does a really good job. Although it is an aerosol, my horse really doesn't object at all.

Good product, easy to use with the thin straw like applicator, seems to be slowly helping.

Lucy
Is this product suitable for the treatment of thrush in horses feet
Thrush is usually caused by a bacterial infection. Frogmedic has some antibacterial properties but it mainly works to dry the area out, the thrush bacteria need moist wet conditions to thrive so this helps reduce the problem. You may need antibiotic sprays/dips alongside this treatment to resolve the problem.

Is the an antibacterial spray?
This contains only natural ingredients to help the frog repair, it is not antibacterial.
