Anti-bite protects wood, metal, plastics, bandages and other accessories from being gnawed and chewed by the horse. Can also protect mane and tails against nibbling. Contains the highly effective ingredient Bitrex™ as the active ingredient which is bitterest substance known to man but yet is completely harmless to health. It also contains the active plant ingredient Capsaicin.
Anti-bite is very bitter but is odourless, colourless and leaves no stains and residues.

No animal or person could ever like this taste. It works wonderfully and my pony will not go anywhere near his buddy to groom and chew his mane. Just don't lick your fingers when you have applied it. A little goes a very long way and really lasts.

Is this advised, tested or safe for detecting puppy chewing?
This product is only intended for use in horses so it is unknown if its safe for a puppy or not. I recommend getting puppy chew toys so that your pup can naturally express this behaviour, such as the Nylabone Puppy Range. If providing these yet your pup still chews on objects you do not want them to then you can use a spray deterrant that is safe for pups, like Chewy NoNo.
