Karidox contains the antibiotic doxycycine and is licensed for use in chickens and pigs for the following:
CHICKENS (BROILERS)
Metaphylaxis and treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and mycoplasmosis caused by microorganisms sensitive to doxycycline.
PIGS
Metaphylaxis and treatment of clinical respiratory disease due to Pasteurella multocida and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae sensitive to doxycycline.
The presence of the disease in the herd should be established before the metaphylactic treatment.

An easy to use product which solves respiratory infections in chickens, although you can’t use it for chickens that are producing eggs for human consumption. Can only be prescribed by a vet and is only available as a litre, which can be problematic if your vet only wants to prescribe an amount less than a litre
