After playing with the cat teaser for a few mins the yellow and blue feather both broke off which was a shame.

When I removed this product from its packaging, I could see that two of the loops were detached from each other (see photo). Customer service were unhelpful when I contacted them about this. I was not issued a replacement but the fact that is was broken before being used suggests it would’ve last too long after being played with.
