Instructions: 1) Unscrew bubble top from base to open. 2) Fill base with KONG North American Premium Catnip (included inside). 3) Twist to close and let sit to infuse pom-poms. 4) Unscrew lid and remove a pom-pom for feline fun. 5) Invigorates any used catnip toy like new. Removable top holds 6 pom-pom gumballs or toys for infusing.
