the neck is far too big and extremely difficult to put a puppy’s head through as there is no opening for the head !

Small Harness
Neck: 12.6” (32cm)
Waist: 13.2” – 19.7” (33.5 – 50cm)
Medium Harness
Neck: 15.7” (40cm)
Waist: 15.7” – 23.2” (40 – 59cm)

I love the aqua and grey harness I have a tiny dainty 2 kg 3 quarter dachshund chihuahua woody would just look lovely in this do u think the xs would fit he's still wearing 8 inch collars
