The Happy Pet PetGear Hi Vis Jacket allows you to be able to easily see your dog when walking out at night. There are two reflective strips around the chest to make it ultra visible to drivers. As well as highlighting your dog in the dark, this coat is water resistant and wind proof to keep your dog dry and warm when out. To get the correct size measure your dog along the back from the bottom of the neck to the base of the tail. The coat is adjustable using a strip which fastens under the belly.

We wanted a hi vis jacket that wasn't lined as our dog would be too warm when running around in lined jacket. This is easy to fit on the dog, even when she's wearing a harness. I shortened the straps under her chest as she's got a long body but is quite thin.

Excellent coat, I use it on my tiny shih Tzu Chihuahua x for when she goes on the beach as she tends to get tailed by buzzards and Skua thinking she is a rabbit. the coat is lite and fastens easily and securely with wide Velcro. It is very reflective and seems to do the job for our purposes, would also be excellent for its probable normal use of night time walks.This is my second purchase as the last one eventually died after 4 years of continuous use in and around salt water

This is the second one I have purchased (just in case the other one gets damaged, I want a spare.) I have a very black Staffie who I'm often walking in the dark. This jacket is not at all thick and would not keep him warm in extremely cold weather but certainly in normal conditions, keeps the wind off of his body and is waterproof too. He is very happy walking in it. It sizes up well - possibly slightly bigger than you need but I'd rather that than be too small. There is plenty of room around the chest tummy for attaching the straps. Most importantly, he can be seen by motorists. Great price too!
