Unlike traditional headcollars, the Optifit Headcollar has an adjustable noseband and cheek straps to ensure it fits a wide range of nose shapes. However, this design is not suitable for flat-nosed dogs.

This was my dogs 2nd halti, certainly helps to stop him pulling.

Initially fitted our small spaniel well and dog seemed comfy when wearing it. After 3rd use the fastening broke making the halti useless. Very disappointed

If you have a large dog that really does pull then this is NOT the headcollar to buy. If your dog is new to having something across the nose then you will find it difficult to not only put on but to manage to get the correct size. The clasp under the chin area is not substantial enough it broke the second time I took my dog out. The whole collar is too flimsy for larger dogs.

We thought we had tried everything tonstop our spaniel pulling us like a husky but this has completely changed walking. Just wish we had found it when he was a puppy so he was more comfortable with it, he’s getting used to it but it’s abit change to walk with something on his face. It’s absolutely worth it though, we are still trying to find a balance between having it loose enough to pant and pick up a ball but not so loose that he can swipe it off but I’ Sure we’ll get there in the end
