Surprised it was pink but did the job. Thank you.

Keeps Belles personal bits in good order after washing. Especially good in summer as seems to deter flies and treats minor bites and scratches. Only small criticism I would prefer it wasn’t bright pink as I also use it on my gelding to deter flies round his sheath and treat bites, the colour is rather noticeable!!!

My pony gets a bit of chub rub when he's particularly hot between his back legs so I just put a bit of this on every couple of days to help. However, in the comments below someone asked if this stuff was bright pink (gold label udder cream always has been) and the response from Viovet was that it's white - I just wanted to let people with greys or light coloured horses know this stuff is pink and is obvious until it's properly washed off lol!

Hi :) my horse has mud fever , ive been washing his legs in the morning with hibiscrub, allowing the legs to dry then applying sudocream and keeping him stabled... a few people on the yard have mentioned using udder cream to help with the healing of the mudfever ...
So my question is will the udder cream help clear the mudfever or should I continue using the sudocream ... or can you suggest something else.... this is the first time im dealing with mudfever
Many thanks
I recommend using a Mud Fever specific product instead of udder cream or Sudocrem. These are intended for use with Mud Fever and so are likely to be more effective and safer for use with the condition. A link to our range of these products can be found here.
If the area is clipped and you are cleaning and drying it twice daily then this is already great. A barrier cream applied inbetween after cleaning is a good choice to provide the best support possible.

What colour is the cream. I recently bought another brand that was bright pink and would not wash off properly for shows.
Hi Hazel,
Thanks for your question. The Udder Cream is white and will wash off easily.
Hope this helps,
VioVet.
