Is the ointment safe if it's on dogs body and they lick and chew it off ?
The product is tested to be used on animal skin but if the animal ingested the ointment too much it can be very toxic.
If the dog needs the ointment on an area where they can lick it off, we would advise using a cone collar or ensure they are supervised when it's on the area.
