Equine America Fungatrol is a range of products developed for cleansing and moisturising equine skin and hooves, helping to reduce the potential for fungal infection usually associated with wet and muddy conditions. The specially formulated cream can be used on dry or cracked skin and hooves.
Does not contravene current Jockey Club or FEI rules; it can continue to be fed whilst the horse is competing.

Bought as another horse on my yard was diagnosed with ringworm. No contact with my horses, but figured it wouldn't hurt to give them a treatment and with the time of year I didn't want to worry about having to rinse off a shampoo. Instructions were very clear and so far so good. A little bit of preventative action never hurts!

Can this be used to treat ringworm?
This product helps reduce the potential for fungal infections but it does not treat them. I recommend using products that contain anti-fungal ingredients to do this, such as Imaverol. It is important to diagnose the problem as ringworm though, if this has not already been done then I advise seeing your vet to do this.

The ingredients in Fungatrol Cream are Chamomile, Tea Tree, Mineral Oil, Clove Bud Essential Oil, Petroleum Jelly (100% pure, human grade) .
The ingredients in Fungatrol Body Wash are Essential Clove bud Oil, Pure Concentrated ginger, Frankincense essential oil, Coconut.
The ingredients in Fungatrol Spray are Essential clove bud oil, Pure concentrated ginger, Frankincense essential oil.
