I was sent the pole without the bracket or the plug/stopper that should be in the end of the pole. appalling customer service, took many attempts to speak with someone to be told they would check for the missing parts! Weeks later and no parts so left with faulty, useless product. i was then sent an email to print to send the product back before refunding me. I’ve no way of printing the return label so i’m left with the pole. Won’t be ordering from you again.
