This is a nice jacket. However , it is very small, far too small for my 10 year old. There is also no returns process; I bought 2 hoping that one would fit, neither did and Viovet were very difficult about the return. I had to email customer services and they refused my return on the basis that I had missed the 14 day period (I had not), but 14 days is in any event ridiculously short considering the items had original tags and packaging and were only tried on. They took them back in the end but I had to waste time arguing with them. Why they can’t have a normal returns period and process (returns form or QR code) I have no idea.
