Dog & Field Clone Pheasant Bird Dummy

The Cock Pheasant Bird Dummy is part of Dog & Field's award-winning Original Clone range, built to bring genuine realism to everyday retrieve training. Its high-definition photographic canvas print reproduces the rich colour and pattern of a cock pheasant's plumage, while the dummy's shape and proportions mirror the size of a real bird, giving your dog a far more lifelike object to mark, pick up and carry than a plain canvas bumper. That extra visual realism helps sharpen marking, steadiness and delivery-to-hand work, and makes the transition to real game retrieves easier for a young or inexperienced dog. Built from tough canvas designed to stand up to repeated throwing, retrieving and mouthing across grass, cover and wet ground, it's suited to garden sessions as much as a training day in the field. Handlers get a bright, eye-catching training aid that's easy to spot at distance and simple to work into any retrieving routine, whether that's basic obedience and steadiness drills or building toward driven-game work. Designed and manufactured by Dog & Field, UK specialists in gundog training equipment.
