Snakes, insects and birds such as geese, use their hiss sound to drive off predators, and our domesticated pets have an instinctive sensitivity to this sound. The Pet Corrector emits a hiss of compressed gas which mimics this sound to interrupt undesirable behaviours such as jumping up, stealing, chasing and barking. The inert gas is safe, has no smell and works on most animals including dogs, cats and horses. There is a detailed training guide included, with helpful training tips and key dos and don'ts.
The Pet Corrector Holster holds one 50ml can and can be attached to a pocket or belt to always give you quick access to the spray.

I was sceptical and thought this was a horrible thing to do but this really works and isn’t harmful at all . I now only have to show the aerosol to Barney for it to take effect. :)

I was sceptical but willing to try this, so I purchased one small can. My 13 1/2 year old Border Collie is going deaf now and barks more often and louder. One short spray and it distracts her for a second, all that is needed to praise her for being "quiet" ! I'm off to purchase some more cans.

I’ve only used this a couple of times, but seems to do the trick. I’ve got 2 very vocal daxies & it just takes their attention from that person who dares walk past the house! Not sure how long it will work for them though.

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Company Of Animals Pet Corrector, including answers from our team.
Nat
Can this be used to deter 4 month old puppy from you letting where shouldn’t and biting things shouldn’t?
The Pet Corrector is not suitable for training puppies. This is best done by positive reinforcement, rewarding your dog when they don't perform the behaviour of if they heel/come to you when called away from the behaviour.
I recommend discussing this with your local vet, puppy trainer or behaviourist.

Is this product any good to stop dogs fighting
It might be a help a bit, but is very unlikely to be a complete answer. Castration and/or other management strategies will probably be needed.
