The shampoo has the consistency of thin soup, does not lather, and seems to have no soothing effect whatsoever. The moment I dried my little dog off after bathing her with this, she was biting at her skin even worse than before using it. I have had better success with other, cheaper products. I only tried this because others had suggested an oatmeal shampoo for irritated skin, but this barely even qualifies as a shampoo. Do not recommend.
