Worked an absolute treat on my 13 yr old Lancashire Heeler's nose.
Eighteen months ago the bridge of his snout had become dry, flaky and bald meaning he ended up once with a touch of sunburn. The vet checked for skin parasites, etc. but the conclusion was it was just old age. I tried a variety of skin creams which soothed but didn't repair.
Six months ago I tried this cream, which, rubbed on 4 times a day for the first few months, not only softened and lubricated the skin but the hair actually grew back.
I now rub a bit in every morning after cleaning his teeth which is keeping him looking smart and dapper and NOT old!
By the way, it's also great at softening and healing rough skin on the hands - I discovered that because the finger I was using to rub it into his nose had a gardening sore on it (yes, I ought to wear gloves) which healed beautifully. I now rub it in to keep cuticles soft, hence ordering a second tub!
