thought it was good smells nice and my dog accepts it been put on now as he has to have it on all the time now

There are no instructions on how to use the product. I bought it for my sheep who has a scar on her back. It is very solid and impossible to rub onto your pet from the tin. Online it says you need to warm it with your hand to use it. This is not possible either so I had to cut it out with scissors. Once warm and out of the tin it does the job but isn't that easy to store and your hands get messy.
