The Ancol Viva Retractable Lead is a compact and stylish lead that allows your dog the freedom to wander and explore while you remain in complete control of them. The leash can be released or retracted at the push of just one button allowing for simple and instant adjustment whenever you need it. Unlike traditional 'long line' leads, the Viva leash retracts to prevent it from getting caught around dogs' (and owners') legs or being dragged on the floor. This compact and tidy design means there's no need to roll, fold, or bundle up the lead to pack it away. The super soft grip design ensures owner's comfort even when on long walks. The lead features a thick and sturdy trigger hook for simple attachment to a collar. Nice size lead with a comfortable grip handle. I do find that this product doesn't retract as easily as others I have had and the lock button whilst easy to use is also quite easily knocked into unlock

The handle on this lead is the most
comfortable ever however the tape is just too thin and light for a 50kg dog especially if you ever have to use your hand as a guide on a loose lead.The tape is 12mm wide compared to 22mm width of my usual Flexi lead. Very disappointed. I should have paid more!

I had one of these leads for my previous dog, it was the only one that lasted any length of time, in fact we still use it for our older dog. Probably lasted longer as it totally retracts and therefore he couldn't chew it so I bought another, so far so good but he's only 5 months old!! Very simple to use, one button and can easily manage two dogs on the same two leads.
